We will develop an offering for your business for sale that meets your goals. In this we will have a list of equipment, demograhics of the area, general description of the business with operations, map by zones, financial statements, an overview of the business with historical information, future plans, any upcoming improvements to the building, business pricing and new business development.

Create a list of Buyers:

From my list of buyers, I will create a list of potential buyers that are qualified to purchase you center. They would be qualified according to your wishes. These potential buyers would have financial statements as well as credit scores for you to review. They may be known to you or not, but before we proceed, we would know our client well.

Business Evaluation:

CBS works with a team of experts to help you determine the price range you can expect on the sale of your business. Using non-related business expenses or owner perks as Add Backs (such as personnel travel, health insurance, and other non-business related expenses) can increase the value of your business. Up to date equipment, property owned or leased, and good cash flow are just a sample of items we will need to know.

Taxes:

If you have never sold a business before, you will soon realize that we have had a partner all these years and his name is Uncle Sam! CBS with our team of experts will examine your Tax liability to insure you pay the lowest in Taxes that is legally possible.

Market:

Market the center in a way that is completely private and release financial information with only your approval. I was a past owner of a 32 lane center and know that the last thing we need is talk around the center that it is for sale. This could possibly hurt your league play business, as well as make it difficult to operate the business with loyal employees.

Confidentially:

When we email out information we put a security lock on the item so only the perspective purchaser will have the pass word. All buyers will require signing a Non Disclosure Agreement to agree to keep your information private, and this shows the seriousness of letting them view the private material. We take privacy as a very important issue and will do everything possible to assure that it is done. I work for you and you will guide me on this matter of great importance.
