What people are saying about Confidential Brokerage ServicesI started talking with Louis Chapman in August 2008 about bowling centers for sale and with his normal enthusiasm jumped right into a few HOT ones . In particular was one in Montana. Through a very trying time with the economy we had some high hurdles to overcome and many denials . Well Louie ( friends now ) didn't stop for a minute and plowed on until he got the right deal both for the seller and me the buyer. It was a tough sale and took quite some time. He introduced me to his contacts within the bowling family and I can't be more pleased. Louie has proven to be very trustworthy and full of integrity and I'll be doing business with him for years to come.Kevin Sass (New owner)Copper City BowlAnaconda Montana
I was interested in purchasing my own bowling center after years of management. I was introduced to Louie through a mutual friend and we set off to find a center to purchase, but never seemed to match one up in the area my husband and I wanted to live in. I enjoyed working with Louie who was very professional and trustworthy. Louie has a good understanding of the industry and I would work with him again.

Past President Maryland BPA
I have known Mr Chapman for many years and have found him to be honest and reliable. He is very credible and is a past owner of a center in Arkansas that was a member of the BPAA for over 27 years; I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.
Jeff Bojé
President USBC.
I was introduced to Mr. Chapman back in 1986 when he purchased Midland Bowl. Midland Bowl is a 32 lane Center in Fort Smith, AR. Mr. Chapman took over this Center that was needing some improvements, both in appearance and in business. He updated the Center with the latest in capital equipment, remodeled the interior, and increased business promotions for both open and league play.
All of his efforts were rewarded and it turned out to be a success. He had a good staff to recruit the new bowlers and retain those that were now coming back into the Center as he introduced them into various league and open play programs he was having.
The Center was awarded many State Men's and Women's tournaments over the years as well as hosting the local Fort Smith Tournaments. He is now consulting on the sale of bowling centers nationwide and bowling equipment sales. He was an experienced hands-on proprietor with many years in the business. I would advise anyone needing his services to give him a call. He will do a good job for you.

I have known Louie for quite some time and did some marketing for him when he had his 32 lane center. I was a partner in a center called the Toledo Sports Center in which he worked very hard in finding a buyer for. He introduced us to a buyer and everything went smoothly from there. He handled our transaction with complete privacy and I was very pleased with the results. I would use his services again if ever the need arises.
Bruce Davis
President Team Up Associates
I had seen some of the center for sale ads in back of the Bowlers Journal magazine and I noticed that Louie seemed to be selling a few centers. So I told my partners that we should give him a try. We contacted him and to my surprise he was a past proprietor of a 32 lane center in Arkansas. He said he could consult with us on the sell, and had a gentleman he could introduce to us right a way. He did but the sell fell through so we decided to call it off and keep the center. Louie said he has another potential client that would look at it right away. We were skeptical at first he convinced us and we trusted him. The buyer drove up immediately, he lived out of state and it was a long drive. He loved the center and made an offer right away; it could not have worked out better for us. Thinking about selling your center look no further, call Louie I was very pleased with the results I believe you will be also.

Past President Bowl O Drome, Zebra Bar Inc.
I heard good things about Mr Chapman through friends of mine and saw his advertisements in the Bowlers Journal magazine. My partner and I decided that we were going to sell our center after more than 40 years in business and decided to give him a call.
We chose Louie because we thought he could provide a high level of service for us and we were not disappointed. We were very happy with the results he achieved for us. He brought in a buyer and sold our center.
If you are interested in selling your center or interested in buying a center I recommend Louis Chapman.
Jim Walter
Past Center Owner, and President Forty Frame Game
I have known Louie for many years and I would recommend his services. Consulting on the sale of your center, capital equipment improvements or helping you buy one. He is honest, reliable, knows the business well, and what really counts is that he was a past proprietor for many years himself.

Proprietor Carter Family Bowl
I heard about Mr Chapman and seen some adds he ran in a bowling magazine, he was starting a Consulting business and selling bowling equipment. I contacted him about some machines and related bowling equipment I knew was for sale. We got to talking and I realized he had a very good understanding of the industry. He was very pleasant to deal with and I asked him to do some demographics for me and he said no problem. We have been in contact over the years and will continue to do so. If you are wanting to sell your business or buy equipment I would give him a call, you will not regret it.

Louie did an outstanding job for me, I was very pleased with the results on the sale of my center. He had a buyer that was ready but was short on cash so after talking it over he suggested to get another investor and to my surprise they found another investor and together they had enough money for the purchase. Everything worked out great, he made the sell painless and did a very good job and kept everything completely private. He has what it takes to get the job done.

Past proprietor Woodcrest Lanes
I was looking to get into the bowling business and saw one of Louie's ads in the Bowlers Journal, so I decided to give him a call. I told him I was a first time buyer and did not know the industry too well. He said he would teach me everything I needed to know, he was a past bowling center owner and have been there and done that for 16 years, he sold his center in 2002. We talked for many hours on all the facets of the industry and explained to me what to watch out for when buying a center and I listened and took his advice. We went through a few centers and found one that fit my budget and had good business with some potential. I felt more confident in buying a center knowing I had his help behind me. He even found me a good deal on some Capital Equipment. Anyone needing his services I would say call Louie no one else.
Brandon Skadsheim
New Center Owner
I enjoyed working with Louie, he did a good job for us I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their center. He found us several buyers that had the financial ability to purchase the center but it did take some time. It took a while for the sale to go through because of the approval of the MT Gaming Commission Casino License to be transferred, and getting the right lending source to approve a loan on a Casino based business, but the buyer was patient and stayed in there until everything was transferred.Arlene Johnson (Past proprietor)Copper City BowlAnaconda MT
I heard about Louie through a mutual friend and he said he would do a very good job for us if we decided to sell our center. After some family discussions we contacted him and told him we wanted to consult with him in regards to the sell. After 50 years in business, it was a hard decision for us to make and wanted it to be in good hands, and the sell to be kept completely private. Mr Chapman assured me that would be the case. He brought us a qualified buyer and he ended up purchasing the center. During this process there were some issues we needed to overcome and didn't know if the sell would proceed, so Louie actually brought us another qualified buyer that we had to decline because the first buyer got the issues worked out. It very good to know that if the one buyer failed we had a second in line to purchase the center thanks to Mr Chapman, I recommend him highly.
